Can I return items if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Sorry, there are no Refunds. Exchange or Store credit only, please email shopsocialbutterfly@gmail.com for return authorization within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Items can not be worn, washed, damaged or altered. Original shipping costs are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. 

How long does it take for my order to process and ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order before it ships.  

What if an item that I want to order is out of stock?
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may no longer be available. In this case, we will email you  immediately regarding the out of stock item.
